February at Saint Paul’s
Two large events highlighted the month of February here in Madison. The month began with 252 students attending Winter Retreat, the largest retreat of the year! Students traveled up to Green Lake for a weekend of formaiton, talks, and games. The retreat was Saint Paul’s highest attended Winter Retreat to date!
Saint Paul’s historically busiest day of the year, Ash Wednesday, was once again a very busy day. 2,500 students attended five Masses offered throughout the day. The weekly Candlelight Mass at 8:30pm was a particular highlight with 700 students in attendance to worship God in the Mass and receive ashes to acknowledge their belief in God before others on campus.
