April and Easter at Saint Paul’s
Praise be to God for the 105 young adults who have entered the Church this year at Saint Paul’s! The Easter Vigil Mass was packed as 26 students were baptized and the after party lasted into the morning hours as everyone celebrated Christ’s Resurrection.
As finals approached and the school year began to wrap up, we entered into the Easter season with a few great events! First, April 12th was the Divine Mercy Festival – an event hosted by the Saint Paul’s Knights of Columbus. Students gathered for a Mass with the Bishop and a Eucharist Procession around the capitol building. Next up was the semester Barn Dance, students cap off the academic year where they started it…dancing at a Barn! The last big event Saint Paul’s had in April was our Spring Wine Fest. Wine Fest is an event for alumni, friends and benefactors to experience the mission of Saint Paul’s through student testimonies and our student volunteers. Thank you to everyone who attended the Kohl Center event and made this event our best yet!
As we enter into May, we are looking forward to graduation and the goodbyes that come with a year well spent.
Alleluia, He is Risen!
